Mean Animal Act
On San Francisco Street, clogging up the sidewalk: this man is not from here, and goes somewhere else when the tourists leave. He is only here to make money off the unsuspecting. They say he beats his animals, and drugs them into submission. Why does a town that professes so much love for animals tolerate this exploitation? His mercenary act is mean, and people who don't realize it give him money. Legitimate business people on San Francisco Street say that he makes 400 USD a day and pays no taxes. That's high pay for cruelty to animals. Be sophisticated and walk right by this pest. He even harrasses women and follows them. Beware!
